Mail

Every student has an individual lockable mailbox, located in the Common Room. Any packages too large to fit into the mailbox will be delivered to the Beit Hall Security lodge. Security will then notify you that your parcel has been delivered and is ready for collection.

All student mail is delivered to alphabetised pigeon holes outside the Accommodation Office, G04, in the Hamilton Building.

Any deliveries that have been signed for or are too big for the pigeons holes are kept at the Security Office and you will be emailed to be asked to collect it.

You will receive an email informing you to collect any packages too large to fit into the mailbox from the Hall Supervisors Office Monday to Friday between 09.00 and 10.00 and between 16:00 and 18:00. You will need to be present to receive and sign for any supermarket/food/refrigerated items or deliveries of substantially large items.
