A workplace adjustment passport is a document that records changes or support that a staff member who has a disability or a health condition needs in the workplace. It is a way of making sure that staff members and their managers/supervisors agree on adjustments that can help the worker to do their job effectively and comfortably creating an inclusive environment for all. A workplace adjustment passport can also make it easier when staff members to change roles, move around the College, or change managers,  without having to repeat the process of requesting and negotiating adjustments.
