Payment of your loans

We have partnered with Convera, who will pay your living costs payments.
 

You will receive two emails from Convera ahead of your first loan payment:

  1. An email with instructions and a password.
  2. An email with a secure link and User ID to access the system

Once you have registered, you will be able to securely upload you bank details to their system for payment.

The emails from Convera are valid for 72 hours so it's important you action them quickly upon receipt.

Summary of the table's contents

Loan payments are dependent on:

  1. Enrolment confirmation prior to each payment.
  2. You registering your UK bank account details on the Convera system.
  3. The completion of a Satisfactory Academic Progress report (SAP) by your Tutor/Supervisor sent to Student Financial Support team prior to the January and May payments.

All payments are made in British Pound Sterling. 

You must ensure that you have sufficient funding for the period leading up to the first payment.
