T hroughout the year we bring you a range of social
and networking opportunities so that you can
continue to grow your professional and personal
connections. By participating in these events you are
also helping to build the strength
of your alumni network.
Firstly welcome to all the Business School students
who celebrated their graduation this year. We hope
you had an enjoyable day and are already making the
most of your Business School alumni network.
The Business School Alumni Relations Office hosted
a series of social events in London, with one of
the highlights being the Summer Party. Held at
the Royal Geographical Society, over 130 alumni,
students and guests attended. There have also
been a number of informal social events throughout
the year offering the chance for alumni to catch
up and network in a more relaxed environment, as
well as hearing all the latest news from the School.
These are yearly events, so make sure you visit our
website and read your monthly alumni e-bulletin for
more information.
In March, current students were given the chance to
meet with members of the Alumni Advisory Board at
this popular yearly event. The drinks reception is a
great opportunity for current students to gain career
tips and sector knowledge from experienced alumni.
