Appointed to the Head of Business and Private
Bank (BPB) Strategy for the Commonwealth Bank of
Australia, responsible for strategy development and
advice for BPB stakeholders whilst managing a team
of eight strategy consultants.

I am the Vice President of Global Sales at Groupon.
Since graduating, I have worked on various start-
ups and in venture capital, before joining Citydeal
as co‑founder in 2010. Citydeal sold to Groupon
later that year, where I was one of the UK Managing
Directors. I moved to the Chicago office ahead of
Groupon’s IPO last year to launch and lead Groupon
Goods globally.

across a variety of roles, including impact
measurement consultancy, working for a major
charity and launching a brokerage between private
sector procurers and social enterprise suppliers.
Vibin Joseph

I am responsible for strategic affairs and Business
Development at Biozeen, a company which is
into the business of saving lives. Its core activities
are providing consultancy services, design build
solutions, qualification and training services for the
pharmaceutical industry.
Basically if a company needs to set up a
manufacturing facility, validate its processes for FDA/
EMEA approval or requires a scale up of a medicine
manufacturing from molecular stage, they come to
us. Biozeen executes projects for global agencies
such as the United Nations, and some of the biggest
vaccine manufacturers in the world.
My job in strategic affairs and BD is to constantly
review and provide inputs on the business model,
look for alignments with the emerging customer
needs, forecast changes in the pharmaceutical
environments, look for ways in which we could
synergistically associate with other companies,
enable companies to commercialize molecules
through licensing arrangements and constantly
explore options to provide greater value addition to
