Identification required in support of your library application

You must provide two documents in support of your application as detailed below.

1)  Personal ID with photograph

 
Your ID must be the original document of one of the following:
  • Passport
  • Valid photo card driving licence
  • NHS Trust ID card
  • National ID card
  • University ID card
  • ID card from employer

  • Photo travel card

2) Proof of address

Your proof of address may be a copy or online document. Bills and statements must be less than six months old.
 
  • Utility bill e.g. gas, electricity, telephone, water
  • Bank/Building Society statement
  • Credit card statement
  • Mobile phone bill
  • Council tax bill/council tax payment book
  • National ID card with address
  • Driving licence with address

If you are applying for membership as part of the SCONUL Access scheme you will need to bring a copy of your SCONUL confirmation email for Band A.
