Existing Mentors.

Overview

These 2.5-hour workshops are designed for existing mentors.
The purpose of the workshops is to provide a means for mentors to continue to enhance their skills and knowledge of successful mentoring. Knowledge is gained from the trainers and the group attending, as we encourage mentors to share knowledge and experience to benefit themselves and their colleagues in the group.
Each workshop focuses on specific aspects of mentoring good practice and offers plenty of opportunities for discussion and questions.

Objectives of CPD workshops:

• Programme of events tailored to our mentoring community 
• Valuable expertise and knowledge in the community 
• Encourage mentors to share their experiences to get the most out of this time 
• Encouragement for mentors to co-create the ongoing support available
