What are your strengths?

Here are some initial questions to help you focus and identify some of your strengths:

  • What work have you been most proud of?
  • Why was that work important to you?
  • What actions did you take to get those results?
  • What three positive words describe you?
  • Why are those words important to you?

What would others say about you? When you are at your best, how do they experience you? What do you do? What examples can they provide?

  • What words best represent your strengths?
  • What are your goals as a leader/manager, and which strengths help you get there?
