Where is your current job taking you?
PTO roles don't often have a structured progression, which allows you to move into a wide variety of roles, offering much freedom but can also be overwhelming.
This session will introduce you to Plan:Me – a framework that you can use to help put some structure into your career planning. Come along and discover tools, starting points and inspiration to help you explore your options, no matter where you are in the career planning process.
