Overview
Interviews are an inevitable part of recruitment and are often the most daunting part of the process. With some preparation, you can improve your performance and make a positive impression to help you secure the opportunity.
This session is run by the Careers Service, which provides career guidance and application support for our current students and recent graduates. This session has been specially tailored for staff looking at new opportunities within Imperial or externally.

At this session, we will:
- Understand the employer's perspective during the interview process.
- Develop a strategy to help you prepare for the assessment activities.
- Explore how to formulate answers to a range of typical interview questions.
- Review the basic structure and principles to deliver a positive presentation.
